What is feminine energy ?

I write this blog after hosting one of my Gentle Reset events this past week end.

And during the event it really stood out to me how many women have never been in a room with women who together create a safe space for each other.

A space where there is no judgement, no "fix it" energy, just women listening to each other.

Allowing one another to speak their minds and also their hearts.

Because many of us do and have been soldiering on for far too long. And this means that we don't always know how or where to drop our guard and just be and feel.

I for one have never felt at ease speaking in front of more than one or two people, and that is what I share with the women who attend my events.

Because you can not ask of others to bear all, be honest, authentic and vulnerable if you aren't willing to go there first yourself. And that I believe is my role as the facilitator and practitioner.

What I saw this week end was 10 women who took a chance on each other, create a safe space for each other by trusting one another and being open and honest. And it only took a few minutes for the room to be gently humming with chatter, laughter, and connection.

A couple of women admitted that they felt a certain resistance to relaxing into the guided meditation but once they did, it was blissful. This is again another chance to surrender and just be instetad of doing. As many of us constantly are... thinking, doing, planning.

Another phrase that really stood out to me during this event and that to me very much sums up what feminine energy is, she said : "I feel so very seen and heard after today".

This is the soft feminine energy that we experience and cultivate during our Gentle Reset events. I hope these keep reaching more and more women, so they to can remember what it feels like to slow down and soften. That it is inatly in them and that it is beautiful and wonderous.
