Using one calming technique such as Reiki, Body Whispering, or Access Bars, we support their nervous system in settling from stress or overstimulation. Many children today hold tension from busy schedules, big emotions, school pressures, or simply being sensitive to the world around them. This session helps your child: Feel calmer and more grounded Release built-up tension Sleep more peacefully Reconnect with a sense of ease in their body It’s a beautiful option for children who need support but may not require deeper emotional work. Emotional Clearing - 30 mns This gentle 30-minute session helps your child release trapped emotions from everyday stress, school challenges, friendships, or family changes. Using Emotion Code, a safe and non-invasive method, we can uncover and release emotions your child may not yet have the words to express. This helps them feel lighter, calmer, and more balanced, supporting emotional wellbeing in a short, focused session. It’s a safe, nurturing space designed for meaningful emotional support — perfect for busy families who want effective results without a long appointment.
