Service Description
This session offers a gentle introduction to the healing techniques I use — Reiki, Access Bars, and Body Whispering — so you can experience deep relaxation and release built-up stress and tension. It’s perfect if you’re feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or simply out of alignment in your body and mind. During your Gentle Reset, you’ll be guided through calming, restorative energy work that helps settle your nervous system, quiet the mind, and restore balance to your whole being. Most clients leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more at ease — like they’ve finally exhaled after holding their breath for too long. ✨ A beautiful first step if you’re curious about energy healing or just need an hour to reconnect with calm.
Cancellation Policy
Out of respect for our time and clients, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. This is so that others can be healed in your place, thanks so much for understanding. For sessions cancelled within 72 hours of the appointment a full refund will be given. For sessions cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment, an alternative time will be offered or a 50% refund will be issued. For sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment, no refund will be issued (at this point we cannot replace your spot so 100% of your booking price will be forfeited). Thanks so much for understanding. No Shows If you do not show up or if you cancel your appointment on the day of your scheduled appointment time, you will not receive a refund and 100% of the booking price will be forfeited.
