Service Description
70 min — Calm & Reset A calming session to settle your nervous system and bring you back into balance. We use one technique (Reiki, Body Whispering, or Access Bars) based on what you need on the day. Best for: feeling overwhelmed, tense, or “not quite yourself” 90 min — Deep Calm & Reset More time to unwind and go deeper. We can combine two techniques to gently support stored stress and emotional patterns. Best for: ongoing stress, emotional overwhelm, or early burnout 2 hours — Full Calm & Reset A deeply supportive session for full-body reset and integration. We work intuitively with multiple techniques to shift long-held stress and tension. Best for: burnout, life transitions, or deeper healing work
Cancellation Policy
Out of respect for our time and clients, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. This is so that others can be healed in your place, thanks so much for understanding. For sessions cancelled within 72 hours of the appointment a full refund will be given. For sessions cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment, an alternative time will be offered or a 50% refund will be issued. For sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment, no refund will be issued (at this point we cannot replace your spot so 100% of your booking price will be forfeited). Thanks so much for understanding. No Shows If you do not show up or if you cancel your appointment on the day of your scheduled appointment time, you will not receive a refund and 100% of the booking price will be forfeited.
