Service Description
90 Minutes Session This session begins with grounding techniques and gentle nervous system support to help you reconnect with your body and your calm center. Once you feel settled and centered, we move into Emotion Code, a safe and gentle method to release emotions you may have been carrying for too long. You’ll leave feeling lighter, more balanced, and better able to manage your emotions and energy. Ideal if you’re looking for a focused, restorative session that combines relaxation with emotional release. 120 Minutes Session This extended session gives more time for deep grounding, nervous system support, and thorough emotional clearing. We begin by helping you fully reconnect with your body, release tension, and settle your mind. Then we move into Emotion Code, addressing emotional patterns that may have been weighing you down for months or years. This session allows for a more complete, in-depth experience, leaving you feeling profoundly lighter, calmer, and more centered in both body and mind. Perfect if you’re ready for deeper emotional release and long-lasting balance.
Cancellation Policy
Out of respect for our time and clients, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. This is so that others can be healed in your place, thanks so much for understanding. For sessions cancelled within 72 hours of the appointment a full refund will be given. For sessions cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment, an alternative time will be offered or a 50% refund will be issued. For sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment, no refund will be issued (at this point we cannot replace your spot so 100% of your booking price will be forfeited). Thanks so much for understanding. No Shows If you do not show up or if you cancel your appointment on the day of your scheduled appointment time, you will not receive a refund and 100% of the booking price will be forfeited.
