Emotional Clearing (Emotion Code) Emotional Clearing is a gentle, effective energy healing session using Emotion Code, a method created by Dr. Bradley Nelson. This technique works to release trapped emotions—emotional energy from past experiences that your body may still be holding, even if you don’t consciously remember them. These can quietly influence your mood, reactions, and physical tension over time. During the session, I use muscle testing to communicate with your body and identify which emotions are ready to be released. The process is calm, non-invasive, and guided entirely by your body—you don’t need to relive or explain past experiences. Many clients leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more at ease, with a greater sense of emotional balance. 25 min — Emotional Clearing & Release A focused session to gently clear a specific emotional charge. • Ideal for a single stressor or challenge • Typically releases 4–8 trapped emotions • Great for a quick reset or ongoing support 50 min — Emotional Clearing & Release A deeper session for multiple layers or longer-held patterns. • Can explore up to 3 emotional themes • Typically releases 10–15 trapped emotions • Supports more lasting emotional shifts Both sessions offer a safe, supportive space to release emotional weight, ease tension, and create room for clarity and balance.
