Service Description
A calming session to help you disconnect from the noise — the racing thoughts, the tension, the constant "on" switch — and finally let your body and mind settle. Together, we'll work with whatever technique feels right for you that day, gently guiding your nervous system out of overwhelm and back into balance. You'll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more like yourself again. Choose from 60, 90, or 120 minutes. The longer the session, the more techniques we can bring in to support you.
Cancellation Policy
Out of respect for our time and clients, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. This is so that others can be healed in your place, thanks so much for understanding. For sessions cancelled within 72 hours of the appointment a full refund will be given. For sessions cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment, an alternative time will be offered or a 50% refund will be issued. For sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment, no refund will be issued (at this point we cannot replace your spot so 100% of your booking price will be forfeited). Thanks so much for understanding. No Shows If you do not show up or if you cancel your appointment on the day of your scheduled appointment time, you will not receive a refund and 100% of the booking price will be forfeited.
